Return Policy

All sales are final.

If you believe you are eligible for a return due to a special circumstance, please email me at info@littlemoon.shop and we will work towards a resolution together. :)

Before you reach out, please make sure the following applies to the item(s) you are attempting to return:

a. non-custom

b. unwashed

c. unworn

d. you are contacting me within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

The returned item must also be shipped with tracking, and store credit* will not be issued until the item is received and thoroughly inspected.

The return process must be initiated and completed on your end (package dropped off and scanned) before the end of the "30 days after delivery confirmation." 

To clarify, I will not refund or credit any shipping expenses. This includes the shipping I paid to ship your order and the shipping you paid to return it to me. 

*there are zero refunds unless I deem it to be the only option. All eligible returns will end with you receiving a store credit for the amount of the item returned minus the original shipping amount that was paid by me.
